Sort of depends on what you're looking for. Some are traditional and some have a more contemporary spin. I haven't been to all of them, but I'm a sucker for the cannelloni at Vincent's on St. Charles.

CIBO on Carrollton is the best "semi-casual" Italian food I've had in NOLA.

I like all listed even Andreas from time to time but I only go for lunch.
But the duck salad and rosemary chicken with pasta marinara at Tommy's is pretty damn good.
