So it's a hoppy arse IPA?

If only I liked IPAs

Not really. It's about as "hoppy" as Hopitoulas, probably a little less. And the body is more light and crisp.

It's a budget thing mostly for me, otherwise I'd do the same. But when pounding beers for drinking games and such....$10 for a 12er of High Life or $10 for a 6er of Tin Roof Blonde....

Yeah, I find it incredibly easy to power drink, for lack of better terminology

We honestly split 1-2 6 packs tailgating and it's plenty. I don't wanna be hammered at the game anyway, and I also hate port o potties. :femaleproblems:

Honestly, I can get just as shitty drinking a good 6pack and don't have to fill my stomach with as much liquid.

With something like High Life, you're drinking a ton before you're drunk.

Sure, you get more bottles/cans per dollar, but you have to consume more.

Right, well if I'm trying to enjoy what I'm drinking, I'll buy good beer. If I'm funneling beer(s), play pong, etc., there's no point in spending good money on good beer.

As I get older, the latter tends to happen much, much less.

I think everyone hates them, but they're necessary so we deal.

Stone Go To in cans would be badass.

For me now? Yes. But back in college (let's just forget that Parish was not around then) I was not going to be spending $10 for a 6 pack of beer, especially for a 6 back that has just as much ABV as Budweiser or Old Milwaukee.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale was my treat/reward beer in college. I started treating myself to it at the end of cross country or track season. All other times, my budget called on Schlitz/Old Milwaukee.

Back in college was a totally different story. We'd get kegs of Natty Light for the tailgate and treat ourselves to Abita every now and then. I did Around The World and hated beers that I now love.

pretty good deal for under or at $8

Natty is my goto dirty cheaper beer, taste like nothing and has 95 cals. The perfect "light" beer

Sorry if this has been posted, but the Kirkland beer at Costco goes for somewhere in the neighborhood of 18 bucks for a 24 bottle case.

You get 4 different six packs, and the beers sometimes change. All of the beers I have tried are pretty good - decent flavor and very drinkable. I've had the Amber, Pale Ale, IPA, German Lager, and Heffeweizen. At 75 cents a bottle, it's a fantastic value.

Full Sail IPA or Amber....both can be found for 6.99 a sixer. I've seen it for 5.99 on sale but that is not everyday. The IPA is way better than All Day, Go To or the other trendy session beers I have tried.

Now it seems Abita's only a treat if it's Oyster Stout or something of that sort.

Sierra Nevada's offerings can usually be found for $7-8 for a 6-pack. Torpedo is a really good IPA, especially at that price.
