What ya got? Lots of butcher shops down here I've noticed.
Also, in the Hammond area would be helpful too.

Don's in Reserve is legit. The hot is probably the best gelly/jelly type I've had. Melted in grits.....lawd

Jacob's is good, but weird. I get the hot, but they don't mix it right and all the cayenne settles on the bottom. So the bottom is hot, the top is mild.

Greauds in Norco is not bad. Get the hot.
