I'm looking for something like the Fried Chicken Club from Chimes (I know there's one in Covington)

Also, Blind Pelican has a Fried Chicken "Cuban" that isn't bad...

Go..!

I didn't say po'boy...

Have you had the Chimes club?

Eta: Po'boy bread is sometimes TOO crumbly.. Looking for a thick wheat bread or maybe ciabatta/focaccia?

GG's diner on Magazine (formerly Gott Gourmet) actually has a tasty fried chicken breast sandwich just as you're describing.

Just looked this place up, it's not far from my place so I might swing over there a bit later today

Beat me to it. I'd also throw in the one at Sylvain.

Heck no. The sesame seeds are overwhelming.

Way too nutty.

Honestly, I will never order the schnitzel again. Was very underwhelmed by it. No seasoning.
