Sirloin roast
1/2 jar of pepperocini peppers with juice
1 dry packet of ranch seasoning
1 packet of brown gravy mix
Rough chopped onions, celery, baby carrots, and sliced mushrooms
Cajun seasoning and some Louisiana hot sauce to taste

On low for 8 hours. If able, wait and add mushrooms later

I do this as well. A can of black beans is a nice addition too, so you get a side too.

Pork butt turns out great believe it or not.

Rub the pork down, I have been using frog bone bbq rub. Sear all sides, put back in crock and pour in 2-3 cups of chicken stock. Cool on low 12-16 hours. Take out and pull/remove fat that hasn't rendered, put it back into liquid mixture.

Incredibly easy but people love it. Can serve with just about any starch including buns, tortillas or rice.

Mine actually has a seat function so I do it all in one crockpot.

I would add one stick of butter to that recipe.

Chuck roast with a pack of Lipton onion soup mix for 6-8 hours.

My wife likes to add carrots and potatoes. I can eat either way

Just made a beef stew with red wine, pearl onions, carrots, mushrooms. Accidentally left it out over night. No left overs

Mississippi Roast recipe. Just missing the butter, as Darla pointed out. Its killer. You can substitute pork roast in too.

roast beef:

any lb chuck roast that can fit
1/4 cup soy sauce
fill rest with water up until only 1/4" of roast is exposed
sprinkle pepper all over the exposed part

set on low overnight, or 8 hours.

slowcooker pork ribs:

salt ribs
place under broiler meat side up for 15-20 mins or until brown
move from broiler and cut into individual pieces, if not already
slice whole onion and place in bottom of crockpot
add cut ribs
add 1-2 bottles of your favorite barbecue sauce

cook on low for 8, or high for 4 hours
