It is made with whey protein, only has 150 calories per pint with 12 gram of protein, 8 grams of fiber and no artificial sweeteners.

I've always wanted to try it but it's too expensive. I'm not rich like that.

That's just my opinion. I prefer Halo Top when it comes to "healthy" ice cream. It's got a few more kcals at 240 a pint I think but tastes a lot better

It is worse than than you can imagine. Instead of ice cream imagine a brown water flavored snow cone.

Do not waste your money or the 150 calories. Terrible product.

It's hopeless to try and make dessert healthy. I stick with Breyers low carb, or Ben and Jerrys fro yo. Healthier than normal ice cream and still taste good.

Try Edy's Slow Churn for a healthier ice cream option. I really like just about all their flavors.

Dead on. Lol. It's freakin gross.

Wife bought some other "diet" ice cream that was actually good. I made the mistake of thinking this stuff was similar. I was way wrong.

The choc mint flavor is just passable....all others I've tried were downright terrible. Freezes hard as a brick....you'll burn calories and bend a spoon trying to get it out of the container.

It's awful.

Stick with So Delicious No sugar added coconut milk ice cream or Breyers Carbsmart.
