I did and I thought it was surprisingly good. I met a member of the family that makes it. They also own the stand at Airline and Roosevelt in Kenner. Here's an LSU flavor:

Yeah I've had them a few times
I like them. Nice to have them in the freezer for a late night snack

I have a bunch of wedding cake flavor in my freezer and they get eaten around my house all the time.

Crazy, does it have same texture?

Rat, I haven't tried that flavor yet. What's it taste like?

I actually know the folks who produce it. I've never tried one and thought it was an odd idea.
Glad to hear they're well thought of on this site. Guess I need to try one.
I'll be glad to pass on the comments.

I think I tasted the wedding cake flavor and maybe the strawberry. I remember being surprised by the texture which was right on the money.

I've never had a bad one.

How many flavor profiles are there?

A ringing endorsement from a person THAT obviously knows snowballs.

That's really surprising.
To the people that know the producers, tell them to ship those bitches to a store in Chattanooga so I can partake in the goodness.

Flavor would be the easiest park to replicate imo. The Texture of the snowball would seem to be the hardest to duplicate. I wonder what additives they use to keep the texture correctly.

The guy I met said they are working on a snowball-encrusted ice cream pop. I'd like to see how they pull that off.

I get them a lot. Like another user said they make great freezer stuffers for late night snacking. And I love snoballs...I'd eat them year round if I could.
I do find that they seem pretty solidified sometimes. Maybe they've been in the freezer too long. But after a few digs with a spoon it loosens up and is remarkably similar to a regular snoball consistency.
For $2-3 a each I don't think it's a bad substitute for a regular snoball at all. "Fresh" is probably better, but these work very well in a pinch.
