Was talking about Tableau.

Personally, I'd chose Emeril's. It has a better vibe and energy, and I like the cooking there better. Delmonico's is a bit more clubby and restrained. But if you go to Delmonico's the charcuterie and steaks are a better bet.

All 3 of us had fish dishes. Here's my review from April with some not so great photos.

With 7-10 people? I probably would not go out to dinner, but Id still choose Emeril's.

Slight tangent: As you can tell, I am not really a fan of large group dining. It is too often more of a hassle. I'd much rather eat at home with any group over 6 people. But if I am forced to do so, it is better to go to a more casual spot. Somewhere like Domenica or Peche or Boucherie and just order a shite ton of apps, a few entrees, and a lot of wine. The three course thing just aint my bag with a big group.

ETA: Korea House also belongs on the list for group dining.

Gris- your review looks awesome..

This is making my decision hard. I am leaning slightly to emerils though.

Black- I hear you on the group dining and have thought about Domenica but I wanted to try somewhere I haven't been. Emerils is probably my choice.

I'm with BO on big group dining. I'm not a fan of it. Sometimes, it gets complicated and I can't visit with everyone at the table like I can at home.

I would pick Emeril's over Delmonico for a group meal. I was putting that review up so you could see it for future reference. Put it on your list of places to try when you're not in a large group.

Have fun wherever you end up and happy birthday!

Thanks a lot Gris and black!!

We had 15 at annunciation and there wasn't many complications.. I'm setting a reservation for 6 and probably will change it before the date comes.

I'll just try to sit in the middle of the table.

I agree w/ the big group dining...that's why I didn't come to Annunciation before you left.
