3 Shreveport spots! (that are all good)

USA USA USA!

The Cub would've been a much better pic than Sam's though.

A restaurant with 3 locations and soon to be a 4th is "extremely tiny"?

The original location is in a pretty small spot.

Fat Cow though? That's neither tiny nor actually amazing. It's just a decent burger joint.

KD's makes the list.

Other tiny restaurants in the LC area that are for the most part better than KD's:

Hackett's
Calla
Southern Spice on Ryan (for breakfast at least)
Boarding House
Bertha's
City Market & Deli
Prime Cuttery
MacFarlane's Celtic Pub
Botsky's Hot Dogs
Cotten's
Peking Garden
Lenard's Food Quarters
Sloppy Taco
Weinie Dogs
Tasterite Jamaican
The Kitchen
Mamma Reta's
Victoria's Taquiera
Rosita's

Having Sam's on this list is crazy. Glad to see the Village on it though. It is one of my favorite places in NWLA and I have had some of the best meals I've eaten there.

Cub deserves a spot.

Sam's Southern Eatery is a shitty chain owned by the Taliban and it specializes in Chinese sewer shite grown "catfish" and shrimp. Place is as horrible as that list

I went to ours once. Apparently, half dozen in Taliban filet language is 24. I have never seen so many filets on one plate. Between the three of us, we could have fed half of Tiger Stadium.

They do give you a pile of food. I ordered a philly cheese steak at one one time and when I got it it didn't have any cheese on it. I brought it to Laquisha the cashiers attention and so told me she ain't hear me say I wanted cheese. She had me on a technicality. I didn't know what to say. I just went and sat down, ate my cheeseless cheese steak and left.

Adolfo's is overrated. Their surly hipster waitstaff is almost unbearable. Veal Parm is good, but i can get that elsewhere along with a better environment.

If you've never been to The Little Big Cup in the tiny town of Arnaudville, LA, make that trip. It could be on this list IMO.

Adolfo's is definitely not overrated. That ocean sauce is outstanding as is the crab canneloni. You are correct regarding the wait staff though; they can be some rude pricks.

As for the environment? You must not like old traditional New Orleans buildings, because this place is just that.

I think what he means is that they are actually using Swai instead of catfish. Definitely better local places than Sam's.
