this is a league re-set. ben simmons has never played an NBA game. why would he not be included as a rookie?

Gents, just a heads up. I have a funeral tomorrow, and will be spending the rest of the day with family, so I may not be around to make selections at a timely manner

It's a first year player draft, not a rookie draft. We are calling it a rookie draft because it consists of rookies. Trust the process.

Yes, as long as they have been drafted and were not in the 2017 draft.

Any player drafted to a NBA roster prior to the 2017 class is eligible to be selected in the main draft
Players who were part of the 2017 class are in the rookie draft
