$100, it's a dynasty league with a 2 round rookie draft every year

You can pick up any player that has already been drafted(IRL) and not in the pool(Playing overseas). Pick someone up as a placeholder
Next year startinga FAAB waiver system.
Bottom 3 teams enter lottery with same odds as nba, the rest is reverse order of regular season standings.
Can only trade future picks for next draft. For example, cant trade 2019 picks this year.
