Yea, i would not want to do an auction for a dynasty.

16 teams with 18 roster spots could be doable.

288 Roster spots total vs 280 that will be in TDBA.

Makes sense, I just like to have a shot at every player, especially in a dynasty.

I'd have 3 or 4 friends that would be in for a different auction league.

So i think we are just waiting on SFP to confirm he's in.

We need to get started if we are gonna slow draft. It typically takes 2 full weeks to get through TDBL (256 picks vs 288 here).

You're a co-owner to Clams who is out. Port will delete Clams as an owner eventually

I think

14 or 16 is my vote.

If 2 is needed for the chopping block. I'll be 1.

If Jake plays it's 16. There is our difference from TDBA!

Roster size, I am fine with 16-18. Don't want to go over that. What are everyone's thoughts?

Whatever we decide, the last two rounds will actually be a rookie draft ONLY FOR FIRST YEAR ROOKIES. This means that Ben Simmons would be eligible to be drafted in the regular draft. The Rookie portion of the draft will be reverse draft order. Does everyone clearly understand this?

Scoring wise we have points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, fg%, ft%, 3's made. I see no reason to change this.

Chime in with your thoughts. The season starts the 17th so the sooner we can begin slow drafting, the better.

I still think 16 is too big.

14 is ideal amount. We've seen teams do quick rebuilds and contend in 14 teams. 16 i worry about dispersing talent too much.

Would rather have 16 man rosters with 16 teams, but I have no strong preferences

16/16 good with me. Lets get slopes confirmed, draw up the draft order and get going

We typically have breaks on wknds during slow drafts but i think we'll need to draft straight through to get er done

Gents. 16 roster spots will not be enough unless you want to reduce the GP limit a good bit. Which i dont think anyone wants to do.

NBA season is now 3 weeks longer and there aren't many back to backs. Needs to be 14/20 for it to be solid.

You'll need a 15 or 16 man rotation to hit 45 games. Which means you can't sit on deep prospects and compete (which is why we are now expanding TDBA rosters for the 2nd time)

I missed that Boom was out. I agree with Touls about 14 teams. The season is longer and their aren't going to be as many back to back games. You're going to need a lot of guys on your bench and if we go to 16 it's going to be teams with like 2 starts and a bunch of scrubs.

Here is who I have:
Returning
1. PCT
2. Toula
3. MattyV
4. SFP
5. Honk
6. Papps
7. Rondo
8. Karma
9. Florida
10. Dallas
11. Knat
New
12. 21JS
13. DarrylJames
14. Nonetheless

Surprisingly we have 11 of 14 returning (Boom, Will and Clams gone).

I'm putting CajunSaints at the top of the waiting list. If something happens I will let you know.

Does anyone have anything to add before I set the draft order?
