i agree too. but i don't agree that we should re-set.

what are the rules that are so attractive in the Toula keeper league? i outlined a proposed compensation to bridge the gap.

It's a 14 team dynasty, you keep your entire roster. There's a 2 rd rookie draft each year.

Same categories as this league, 7 team playoffs.

It's in year 3 and makes this league really dull. I stick around in this one b/c I like owning different guys. And KAT.

keeper leagues were GOAT in 3 major fantasy sports. Now it's full own dynasty or redraft.

So you want a head start on building your dynasty by keeping your draft picks?

i offered a solution for those who traded for picks that might make sense. additionally, my willingness to bridge towards a dynasty should show that i'm not just about myself here.

i have THREE legit keepers. seven has my keeping some total shite.

I would rather do a dynasty than a redraft

I can put you as GM in waiting to take over the TBM franchise when they quit in a year or so

so what's the thought. bridging towards a dynasty? adding keepers til we get there?
rescinding pick trading?

i still think it would be messed up to just re-start. it means that people played last year at an advantage and didn't have to pay the piper. essentially, you'd all be ronnie mexicos.

did you guys see me pick compensation compromise?

another option of compensation i think would be equitable for those playing for this year would be a buy-in comp from those who sold draft picks towards the other people's entry fee.

for example, knat sold honk a 1st rounder.
knat chips in $10 more to buy in to the complete redraft.
honk $10 less.

the amount could be pre-determined and reasonable. the logic behind this is that you essentially bought lottery tickets for last years championship pot that you still must pay for.

for example. 1-$10, 2- $7, 3- $5, 4- $3 5-10 $1.

the result is that last years move still matter. and then we can redraft as a dynasty.

i'd be willing to discuss either of those alternatives. i just want to feel like the moves that we made last season mattered.

I was actually pondering something like that. Teams who acquired more picks could have a lower entry fee.

seems reasonable to me.

or we keep things the same. the only people who should have to pay are the ones that played for last year and got "spared" having to pay with draft picks.

and those people should be happy, because those draft picks would've gone towards increased likelihood that they would not have won this year.

So I pay 26.00 to make the league better.

Whatever, if that's what it takes to improve the league I'll do it.

Port for the record I think it can be less. That was an example.
