Question for Champions - Best 3 Non-Draft moves you made this season?

What were the Top 3 Non Draft moves you made this season that helped you to win the championship?
For me:
1. Picked up Jeremy Hill when Gio went down earlier in the season.
2. Picked up Gates when some idiot dropped him after week 1.
3. Decided to pickup off waiver and play RB Asiata and sit WR Benjamin for my championship game.

Won two of two leagues this year. 
1. Picked up Beckham in both as before his game against ATL.
2. One league (dynasty) I traded Luck and Jeffery for Demarius Thomas and Leveon Bell after week 4.
3. One league I traded Brady, Jimmy Graham, Gore for Forte, Delaine Walker, and Ingram around week 9.

I don't know about three moves, but my biggest acquisition was T.Y. Hilton.
I picked him up in Week 6 (223 yds 2 TD vs. Hou).

Picking up Odell.
Picking up Stewart during the playoffs (even though I never played him). Would have lost the finale if my RB desperate opponent had picked him up.
Not having the McCoy and Ingram owners accept my offers. Whew!

Easy for me:
1. Picking up OBJ off FA the week Cruz got hurt....who knew he would blow up like that however
2. Picking up Johnathon Stewart halfway thru the season. Not a spectacular move like OBJ was, but be was solid enough over the last few weeks to warrent getting the starting nod.
3. After Ben Tate got cut, picked up Denard Robinson. He provided some solid games for me also during the seaaon

1. Picked up OBJ a week before his 1st game.
2. Picked up Hillman, and rode him until he got hurt. Then I picked up Anderson to finish out my championship season.
3. Picked up Hill when Gio went down.

My only big addition was OBJ. I think two weeks before he played I heard he was putting in work with Eli. I picked him up in two leagues but not the third because I was holding on to Gordon. I held on to him in my 12 team and won it all. I traded him in a ten team before Cruz went down. He brought me a ship and beat me in the ship. I shouldn't have traded him but if Luck doesn't shite the bed I'd have won two ships last night.

The only two moves I made were grabbed Hill on waivers and picked up Flacco. I drafted a monster. Forte, Gio, Julio, Graham, sanders, Benjamin & Miller. Literally won it all in spite of my QB being Cutler and flacco.

After reading this, I feel like there's a pretty good consensus that the top 2 non-draft moves champions made this season were picking up OBJ or Hill. That sounds about right.

Picking up OBJ around week 4.
Pickup up Forsett and then trading him for Rodgers.
Dropping my bench and picking up the 5 best defensive matchups for the next 3 weeks as I headed into playoffs.

League 1:

3. Scooping up Harry Douglas last week when Julio was out. I lose out if I don't grab him off waivers.
League 2:
1. Picking up Donnell after Pitta went down
2. When Le'veon was on Bye, I picked up Latavius Murray and started him. The one big game he had. I lose and probably don't make the playoffs if I don't start him.
3. As trivial as this may seem, Picking up Matt Bryant for the Championship Rd. He scored 15.

Only 2 of any significance were OBJ and J Hill. Also picked up Fleener who had a few solid weeks for me.

Benched Murray for Cj Anderson and Eddy Lacy for my championship game. It came down to Anderson's last run. Trading Peyton Manning after week 3 to get more Depth on my team. Playing defensive matchups well.

1) picked up andre ellington after he was hurtin week 2, he got hurt again but he was a great addition throughout the season

3) streaming the defense of whoever was playing the Jags
