Its not a melt at all. I melted at Bush the second time. He actually had a clue what he was doing. This nah, its just sad to me the path America is headed down regardless of party. Both parties are full of sh*t, they only care for their interests, not about the everyday man. Like with Trump, they keep saying well she was for the elite, he is for the common man...but dude is a billionaire, like he keeps pounding into folks heads. Who is he for? Its not me, but hell, neither was she. Both candidates were horrible, and that's the best they could give us cause that's where both parties are. Its so much irresponsibility and ego going on, nothing positive can get done, and it won't stop now. Country is in the crapper and will continue to be past the Trump presidency if the mindset of the public don't change, no matter who is in power.

Neither was Obama, but that didn't stop all the Tyrone McShitbones from thinking he was going to save them from themselves.

The responses to what I just said or the exact ones I expected and are the exact mindsets, I just said need to be changed. You all are so predictable, its sad. I don't watch the media. This is what I'm seeing, I live in a major metro area, in a red state, with plenty of job opportunities, spending is constantly going on and the public healthcare system is being taken advantage of by people who don't even realize that's what helping them. I work in healthcare, so I see that. Both sides, gotta do better, its sad.

your melt is as glorious as anything I've seen, albeit more controlled. The day just keeps getting better.

well at least you get this part. You are dead-on balls accurate. I want to keep more of my own shite and see less of it given to those beneath me. If they can get what I've got the same way I got mine, good on them. If they can surpass me, more power to them. But I am done with giving to those who are beneath me or above me.

quote:

Jobs are on a peak, no they may not be in what you specialize in or what you want them to be in but they are there, take one or sit on your arse but don't cry you don't have opportunities

tell that to those beneath me and those who have shitty health care. Then maybe they can get a job and get their own shite and quit trying to take mine.

Worst of all, what happens with this world when we are no longer the leader of it. Our morals and values have now put us in a position with the rest of the world where they will look elsewhere to seek guidance, innovation, progression, because we are reverting, to ways of isolationism and back patting. W

Well based on Obamas leadership role the last 8 years it leads to things like ISIS and Russian footholds in the middle east. Good thing we are going to MAGA and reestablish our role as the world's leader.

If in your opinion both parties suck, why do you care who wins?

They both would have sucked.

You are a Democrat who is clearly upset that a Republican won.

On top of that, I also work in healthcare and the ACA is clearly the worst thing to happen to medicine since antibiotic resistance.

Explain to me how being a very successful businessman is worse than being a career politician? What is wrong with being a billionaire? I didn't see democrats complain about that with all of their NY mayors. The number one issue is usually economics, and no one knows that better than a businessman.

The idea that border security is even remotely associated with chasing "mexicans" out of the country is so ignorant its not worth a response.

You really need to do some soul searching.

I read your whole brain dump and it’s clear you have formed an opinion based almost completely off of the narrative the main stream media has fed you.

There is some twist to it due to your own “filters”, but you are doom and gloom and really not “sitting back with arms folded and wait” as you claim.

You need to hear this, so let me be clear…. You have already formed your opinion on how the next four years will go. You have already formed your opinion!!! Already!!! It does matter how things go, it will not matter.

Someone that is truly sitting and waiting with arms folded does not go on a message board and do a brain dump with this much negative connotation.
They hope for best with an open mind! You really need to do some soul searching

It matters who wins to me, even tho I've lost faith in both systems cause at times, its not about who is going to make the most change, but who can maintain, sustain and improve. In that, I believe she was better, he's a complete unknown and I felt at this time, I'd rest on security, in knowing what she'd do, she's predictable and she was going to do nothing radical. Rather than, the unknown. Now, even you all today who support can't say you know exactly, what, and how he will change much of what he said he would. You're willing to take that chance, I wasn't, when its so much brewing.

Look, honestly most policies made by a sitting President, are divisive along lines of opinion in the beginning, it truly takes time to see if they work or not. Bush and Obama, have both been somewhat different. The Bush impact was obvious in office, Obama you've felt the impact thus far, but fully, no not yet, we may not get that chance on everything he did cause some of it was to try to reach past his presidency. Now you get another upheaval, that Trump may not get to see thru before another Dem comes through and wipes it clean again. Its a see saw, we keep complaining should tilt one way, but never will stay that way and we just kinda settle in the middle. We as a people end up indifferent, then angered, then rebellious, and its a cycle that's gotta stop.

Remember when Obama told all the republicans to sit back and shut up after he won in '08.

I think you see where I'm going with this.

No - Just No!

I can see how you think this - because that is what the media has been reporting to you...

The truth is that jobs are down - the numbers say they are up, because Obama changed the way the numbers are calculated. The truth is that whatever jobs there are - there are more part-time positions and the wages for jobs are down over-all.

All this while costs for goods and services and things like school are sky-rocketing.

Wake Up! And stop watching CNN.

The truth is that it is unlikely that your life will change significantly because of a Trump presidency. However the path that Obama/Clinton had us on was leading to sure disaster.

As a lifelong Reagan Republican - I'm not thrilled with Trump as president, but he's the choice we had - and we'll move on from here. None of us know how this will play out - but the panic I'm seeing/hearing is complete insanity.

LOL, so delusional and wrong.

No, he does not want to push all Hispanics out of this country. To contend this just shows how deluded, ignorant, and biased you are.

And one of the problems with the seedy side of black culture is how entitled they act. Work the fricking low skilled jobs that are available, damnit. Work them and quit you're frickin complaining and acting like you're entitled to more. Earn it, you son of a bitch.

The mental disconnect from the first paragraph to the third is impressive.

Implies alot of emotion, but without much thought behind it. You'll be ok.
