Oatmeal with white chocolate chips and Craisins. Dipped in sugar/cinnamon before baking.

Those little graham cracker cookies with choc or pb outside layer that you can buy from Fred's or Dollar General for a buck-buck 50. Put em in the freezer and have em with milk about 2 hours later.

Honestly, Id choose a home made chocolate chip cookie fresh out the oven with a glass of milk any day of the week.

I will admit to liking the old school cafeteria style no bake cookies....but I gave the recipe a makeover. Use chunky almond butter & sliced almonds instead of peanut butter, substitute a high quality dark cooca for the supermarket stuff, and use salted butter. After you scoop them, sprinkle each one with a pinch of sea salt.
