Drink local. Cafeciteaux.

I drink mine black and usually go with something like Community Pecan Praline or breakfast blend if you want something generic. If you want something a little more fancy I'd give Cafeciteaux a try. Good stuff. Maybe also try cold brew if you're not a big coffee drinker?

If I drink a cup at 2 pm it ruins my sleep that night.

I almost wish this. I could drink a gallon of coffee and fall asleep while doing it. No affect on me.

Drink local. French Truck.

Fixed it for you. Their Big River and Coq au Rouge blends are fantastic.

Maybe up your dosage to 2 gallons and see how that works out

Try green tea instead based on the bulleted items

I drink a lot of Folgers in the red can. Community is very good too. I have tried them all in 40 years, the cheap ones and the expensive ones. I keep going to Folgers. Drink a whole pot every morning.

Sounds like you need better sleep more so than a coffee recommendation.

I enjoy community breakfast blend. You probably don't have this, but if you add a little kerrygold butter, coconut oil, mix in blender and it's money

Depends on your tastes and how you prepare it. My go to is the Blue Nile Blend from Whole Foods, but I vary.
