A big Tiger fan and one of the best guys I knew passed over the weekend. He was a good family family man and dedicated his life to teaching and coaching. We fished saltwater in Happy Jack, Buras, Lafitte, and Hopedale. He introduced me to blue gills, lake runners, goggle eye, sacalait, etc. Gonna miss you Sam.

Is a lake runner and chinqapin the same thing? Someone from Chalmette once used term lake runner and i had no clue what it was
