I met you once morning of the Germany game before it got super crowded.

I was there 3x week this past year but now work will probably limit that to once a month at best.

bump (this probably should be on the soccer board)

The change has been made at Finns. Sounds like the new guy has some serious experience. I assume Glass already knows, but maybe he can lend some insite on what to expect.

The bar announced that it hired chef Wilfredo Leon. He's working on a menu that marries the flavors of New Orleans, Ireland and Puerto Rico, where Leon was born.

A name for the new kitchen has not yet been chosen. The bar's owners also recently opened Trèo on Tulane Avenue, where James Cullen is the chef.

This Friday (Aug. 15) at 6 p.m. before the Saints game, Finn McCool's will offer a preview of Leon's potential menu items, such as lamb sliders with mint slaw or corned beef and cabbage rolls with horseradish dipping sauce. The truck Crêpe à la Cart will also be selling food throughout the game.
