Food Saver advice - Pros and Cons of your model

It's not a matter of IF, but WHEN I purchase a Food Saver. There are a wide array of models out there, and I'm looking for any feedback as far as pros, cons, regrets, etc. from your personal model. I'm looking at the 2800 which has bag roll storage, a bag cutter, and one press buttons. It's $120 after coupon at Bed Bath & B. I was also looking at a "Gamesaver" at Academy, and also some other models at Kohl's.
Before I pull the trigger, is there anything I need to know?

FoodSaver® 4880 2-in-1 System
I don't know anything about yours, but this looks like a better deal.
And, I love my vac-seal. Use it more than I actually thought I would.

I have a basic foodsaver. The little well is not that easy to clean even though it's removable. Meat juices still get into the gasket/foam stuff and that's not removable. I would by the one easiest to clean and sanitize.

what Gris said, I have an old Foodsaver with no removable tray. I unplug it squirt the whole thing down with a cleaner(sometimes bleach), let it sit, then scrub it real good.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm not a member of costco.
