I'm making a cassoulet with bacon, pork meat, lamb meat, and a goose confit I've had simmering for a while now.

Grilled "too thick" pork chops that have been brining all day, topped with leftover marchand du vin sauce.

Jasmine rice & peas with fresh thyme.

Old New Orleans "wop" salad.
