I agree it's a business but you cannot work around the NFL players union.

Sure you can. You just don't publicly state that vaccination status was a factor in your roster decisions.

Unfortunately for Urban, he wasn't smart enough to keep his mouth shut.

Yeah, you probably can. Cam Newton got beat out but to get cut from the team as a backup, it had to have something to do with the vaccine. As long as they don't verbally say it, not much the union can do about it.

Lol yeah because the NFL players union has really shown to be such a strong union that has the players best interest at heart over the years. Give me a break

This is the same union that caved to adding a 17th game despite the players getting no extra monetary incentive. Same union that “cry’s player safety” but than folds like a laundry sheet the second the owners put pressure on them.
