I fail to see the correlation of how this is all BN’s fault? I think he deserves some blame (like 30%) because he’s hasn’t hit on enough transfers. Dude Solider Field was built in 1924. It’s 30 years older than Lambeau. The renovations were a disaster and super short sited by the organization and the city. Anyone who has ever been to a game at SF knows it’s horrible. ...

Oh stop with the hyperbole. IL’s population decline is largely contributed to a shrinking population in southern/central IL. Loss of huge companies in Peoria/Decatur (Caterpillar), etc has ripped away opportunities down there.

The fact this has 80+ upvotes is wild to me. This guy went to OU and wanted to compete and beat out the projected starter and NFL QB. If I’m an NFL executive, I freaking love this. What’s more ultra competitive than doing something like this? Oh and he eventually did beat him out.
