Nate Oats tells me that Jarin Stevenson has been Alabama's most surprising player during the preseason and could allow the Crimson Tide to play a bigger lineup with Rylan Griffen at SG and Grant Nelson at SF.

It might be the afterwork beers, but I have a really good feeling about this team. If they can protect the rim, or more likely, keep people from getting to the rim, I think it's going to be another great year.

Awesome episode. I think this team has incredible potential. Nelson and Estrada are new pieces but they are veteran CBB players. That makes a big difference.
Stevenson looks like a clone of Clowney from behind with that no. 15. Excited to see how ready he is from the jump.
Parker will be a nice surprise imo. Length in general that we added will be big defensively.
This team might take some time to gel but if we can remain a solid defensive team and hit shots we’ll be fine.
