We all know Zatarain's is garbage.
So which is better?

Both good but Cajun Land is the best one of all.

Cajun Land. Not even close.

In addition to their seafood boil, their Creole Seasoning with the green onion is the best seasoning blend on the market, imo.

Thanks for the responses. I knew I wasn't mis-remembering something. I haven't had Cajun Land in years. I walked into Academy here in Shreveport and they had 1 case of Cajun Land set up with all the burners, pots, tables, Louisiana boil products etc.

I grabbed a couple of jars, and no one in Shreveport seems to have ever heard of it. Time to put on a show for our crawfish crew.

The last couple years I've been doing 1 bag of Louisiana, 1 bag of Chackbay, and 1 bottle of liquid.

I've won crawfish competitions with a recipe that uses Zat's, among other things. Who decided it was garbage?

I just look for whoever is packaging their product with the least amount of salt. I want to buy pepper, not salt. I can add a little if needed. Most of these are the same with amount of salt being the difference

I have Always preferred Zatarans.

I was Unimpressed with Cajun land after hearing good things and I think Louisiana sucks. They love it in BR.

I’m just kidding. I prefer Louisiana over Zatarrains, so it didn’t make the cut to compare to Cajun Land.

I’ve had plenty of crawfish cooked with zat’s. They’re good.

Some people hate Zatarains because it's mainstream. I like it.

Usually use Louisiana, but we tried Cajun Land for a few boils last year. Everyone really enjoyed it.

I usually never add salt when I use Louisiana, but I did have to add a little salt with Cajun Land. Maybe 1/3 of a container.
