What if it were your son? A youthful mistake, if indeed he did more than just look around, should not be reason to end his life. Hope the perpetrators get their due.

Robbing is the incorrect term. To rob, it would have to be against another individual (not property) and with the threat of violence or use of force. If this is him, it would be burglarizing, that is, if he even took something

No doubt and I am not in disagreement. Just trying to get at what is factual versus theatre.

In the end, I will be surprised if there is anything produced that makes this other than what it appears to be with a couple of ole boys, overly aggressive in their actions that ultimately got out of hand and resulted in the victims unnecessary death.

Damn, I walked into an unfinished house once to see the layout. Matter fact, there are a couple of unfinished houses in my neighborhood that ppl walk in all the time to tour around. Is there even anything to steal? Some nice R29 fiber glass?

This is a BS excuse/story that needs to stop. IF you are walking though someone else’s house and they catch you in there, and they have a weapon, chances are that you will not return because you think that person is a nut job. This would be the reasonable way for this to play out. Nothing in this story is reasonable.

No one cares who has walked through how many empty houses. It is illegal. Deal with the criminal, and the shooters.

How do you break into a house with no doors and what exactly did he steal?

It's tragic what happened but unless people are going to talk about all of the white victims that are murdered by blacks wildly out of proportion to what they should be based on population percentage I call bullshite.

I say frick you if you want me to allow you to condone black on white murder and violence that is committed way out of proportion and sit idly by while you condemn white on black murder and violence that is far under what our population percentage suggest it should be. We will never be accused of having Stockholm Syndrome.

I could not give two fricks until there are about two or three times as many blacks killed by whites because that is statistically where you would expect it to be at least based on population if we all committed violent crimes in the same numbers per capita.

Statistics show that the 500 killings of white people attributed to blacks last year were the most since black perpetrators were determined to be responsible for the homicides of 504 white people nationwide in 2008. Last year's total was up 12 percent from the 446 recorded in 2014 and 22 percent from the 409 seen in 2013, a year that saw the lowest total this century and one that capped seven years of general declines in black-on-white homicides. Prior to that, 2006 saw the most black-on-white killings since 2001, with 573.

The 229 black lives taken by white killers last year, however, marked an even larger leap from 2014, jumping more than 22 percent from the 187 black victims killed by whites that year which was the second-lowest total since 2001. The tally was last exceeded in 2008, when 230 blacks were slain by whites. The highest total in the last 15 years came in 2007, when245 black people were killed by whites.

It's a disparity that becomes more pronounced in the context of population
, as 2015 Census estimates suggest that whites account for whites account for 77.1 percent of the overall U.S. population of roughly 321 million, while blacks comprise 13.3 percent.

Placing myself in his shoes
If I was truly a jogger and this happened to me, I have no clue what I would do. I’d be scared to death and probably try to run somewhere that trucks couldn’t easily access and call the police.

If I knew I had been involved in illegal activity and 2 guys confronted me about it with guns, I’m admitting to myself that I’ve been caught and facing the punishment(which I doubt would have been getting blasted by a shotgun).

There’s no situation where I’m doing a b and e and then attacking the people who are angry at me over it.

Maybe, but he didn't steal my ability to watch a video and tell the truth about it.

Travis moved into Arbery's path of egress and fired his shotgun BEFORE Arbery touched him or the gun. Facts.

Murder.

All you MFs "White Knighting" for the McRednecks are giving fuel to the ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE MSM, and the disgusting race pimp crowd.

If you can't call this what it was, a fricking murder then what's YOUR agenda.

I think it's bullshite how sensationalized the story has become.

With that said, I did some real dumb shite when I was young and immature. I'm just glad nobody shot me for it.
