Look I'm not saying the two are free of guilt in anyway. I tend to want to see the facts laid out and not let my emotion dictate my stance.
But with what little video that has released both parties have the onus on them. Yes its a shitty situation and yes it should have been handled differently. But, whats done is done and consquences will now fall where the facts lead.. So,I for one will just wait till it all plays out and refuse to take a side..

I honestly think people wouldn't care about that, except that anytime a black person is killed by a non black person, damn near everyone tries to act like the person killed was a saint who cured cancer, ended world hunger and raised people from the dead.
When in reality they were just a piece of shite.
Not a reason to be killed/murdered, but still.

The fact that he may or may not have trespassed is irrelevant to what happened later away from this particular property on a public road.
Whether Arbery's character was not 100% pure is not an issue.Trying to deflect the culpability and liability of the McMichaels is repugnant to the administration of justice. They very much broke the law. They were being irresponsible and interpreting a GA statute so broad as to afford a guy from metro Atlanta to engage in a citizen's arrest on a guy from Brunswick who went to Augusta for the day at a rest stop along a highway

Why are so many of you purposely not understanding that you can’t grab your guns and start chasing people to question them when you didn’t witness them commit a crime. How is that so hard to understand?
