Word on the Texas board is OU is wanting to join the SEC!!!

They are saying in 5 years or so, they would like to join the SEC for our new TV contract money from Disney. They also said that Texas is bringing down the Big Twelve and hurting their brand and recruiting. A smug Texas poster said that if Texas wants in the SEC, Texas will be in the SEC!!! I guess Texas A&M will not get a vote to approve Texas joining the SEC??? They were asked, they said no - Ship has sailed...

Doesn’t it have to be unanimous to vote a team in the conference?

Why would OU leave a conference they dominate for one where they have to compete with LSU, Auburn, Bama, Georgia, Florida? On top of a couple usually decent bottom tier teams
