Looking for a good meal Monday afternoon around Kennah Brah. Trying to figure out if there’s a hidden gem I don’t know about. Harbor Seafood is usually my go-to in that area, but just curious if there’s any other spots nearby I should try. Open to seafood, Italian, Chinese, anything tasty.

Wah Kitchen, for Indian/Pakistani food, esp the onion/veggie pakoras
Falafel King, for the breakfast special (hummus, ful, other spreads and plenty of pita)
Norma’s Bakery for the Cuban sandwich
Nola Nica, for the Nicaraguan burger, sal picon, grilled chicken, and jalapeño yuca fritters
Aforementioned Little Chinatown isn’t awhat it used to be, sadly.

Kenner Seafood is great. Williams Seafood is too. Harbor was my go-to as well, but I’ve been spending more time over that way and have tried to try other places. One place that I really enjoy (may be just on the Metry line) is Come Back Inn. They do a wonderful roast beef poboy and muffuletta.

Come Back Inn still open on Williams? If so, always really good

It’s on West Metairie. Yep, always crowded for lunch.

The closest Long John silvers to Baton Rouge is on Williams by the airport. Enjoy.

Can't believe there hasn't been one Taco Tico suggestion yet.

Wasn’t there one on Williams at one time? I remember standing with my then young son watching planes on their approach as we waited to meet someone there. Maybe I have wrong place
