No. The Oline is not that far from fixing. We have some good young olinemen. They need to be working hard in the weight room. And we need to keep adding normal amount in recruiting, especially tackles.

Malone is the only Sr I think. That is a big part of the problem. We lack experience and toughness on the line. We have the talent going forward.

I agree somewhat. IMO Grimes needs to go.

Sadly this won't start to change until we change the OL coach and get a young, energetic DL coach - as much skill as Jenkins brings to the table, he needs to be a consultant at this point.

A counterpoint brought up in the post game show was that bringing in more JUCO athletes leads to even more disciplinary/academic risk, and there's more pressure on those guys to step in right away after a huge jump up in competition.

O line isn't very good at all right now, but there is hope. The unit should improve as the season progresses. There is also young talent waiting in the wings.

Best case: The o line gels as a unit & shows big improvement as the season progresses. Deculus replaces KJ next year and the line is actually a strength heading into 2018.

Worst case: injuries & lack of development. Constantly shuffling the unit all season. Next season the o line is again a big question mark.

Most of the o line that left because of where they were on the depth chart other than Teahuma. But we still miss the depth they would have provided

Is it just me or does anyone else think we OK going forward on both lines? The 2015 class evaporated so we have no depth, but the 2017 class looks solid and the 2018 class we already have commitments from some really good 4 stars. No?

Fehoko and Shelvin not eligible this year. Both would be playing otherwise

Miles dropped the ball big time, kept a few years too many. Chavis neglected the dline as well.
