Test/Tren/E stacked up right now EoD.

Will finish out with a little Whinny. Also starting HCG earlier this time because we are trying to have a kid.

Without shoes, your feet are firm and planted. No squishy foam or air pockets to roll around on. Therefore more stable foundation and ability to drive through the heel.

I knew a guy who swore by squatting and deadlifting in work brogans. He was pretty jacked too.

It's ok baw ever since I tore my pec and bicep I can't bench more than 185.

I rehabbed it on my own guess I didn't break up enough internal scar tissue

I think squatting with no shoes is stupid though.

Can’t beat old school Chuckie T’s for burying squats. I have also been through several pairs of NB Minimus and they are pretty good as well.

Went to a New Balance store where a tech sized me. When compared to my running shoes they are a full size smaller and in E width.

They also make a style for trail running and another that is essentially the Vibram Five Finger in regular shoe form. The tech told me that in her "professional opinion" the pair I got were best for my low arches.

Find T-Nation on the Webs if you want to learn about gear. Be careful jumping in to quick with dumb questions though. The regulars are a little jumpy with new guys.

I had to read up on all that stuff in college because my buddies would do stupid shite and not do proper safety measures. I had to be the voice of safety and proper cycling even if I didn't do it.
