With Trump keeping Comey in his position and Trump surely has gotten all the intel on Clinton and the emails and such, was Comey right in that there was not enough to prosecute her or nothing found in those additional emails on Huma's laptop? I would think if Trump or his people found out Comey was covering things for Clinton, he would have been out the door?

And specking of those issues, are there still investigations going on or have they all been put to rest with the election win? Have not heard anything on them after the election. Will Sessions or Gowdy go after anyone?

The FBI has more than enough evidence to prosecute her. Wikileaks provided a treasure trove of information.

Who really knows at this point. There is probably behind-the-scenes probing and investigating that goes unknown to the public. Would love for them to stick Rowdy Gowdy on her arse, though.

I think the HIllary investigation is pretty much closed unless new evidence comes to light.

There is supposedly an open investigation into Trump though, or at least his campaign.

I love Gowdy, watch his rants and all, but there never seems to be a conclusion to his findings. Yes, he points out some outrageous things and people, Does anybody take a fall , any skins on his wall?

Yeah, I think its a Political calculus to give her a pass, as the country is very divided, and exposing the Clinton's crimes would further drive the division. Do I think she's guilty of improper handling of Classified info, damn right, as everyone with a brain knows this, but its just not where anyone wants to go; right now, so just fix the bigger issues..It is what it is...

Comey convicted that bitch in testimony just didn't have backing to pursue then dragged her crooked arse thru the mud again right before the election. He's not the slimeball he's made out to be

Well yeah, Comey pretty much said she was. He just didn't think it was worthy of prosecution, which really isn't his decision to make.

If Hillary runs in 2020 then the prosecution will begin. If she doesn't run then she can still walk in public otherwise she goes to jail.

Comey should not have a job at all, the fact that Trump kept him around is inexcusable.

Well I know he is batting 1.000 as a fed. prosecutor, which is one of the main reasons he was assigned to the Benghazi special committee. And he has sponsored 11 bills including the ENFORCE the Law Act 2014 which was created because Obama wasn't enforcing the law, or doing so selectively.
But yes, his rants are awesome

No.

Clinton violated at least two federal statutes.

USC 18 s. 2071.

This required her to turn in her work product when she left the State Department. Totally ignored. It only came out when she testified before Congress that she had not done so.

That is a felony - three years in prison.

That led her to violate:

USC 18 s. 793(f)

Because she quickly like a “cornered perp” according to Jeffrey Tobin, had her personal attorneys review 60,000 e-mails of which they deleted 30,000. Director Comey said on 7/5/2016:

“From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.”

And as I never ever get tired of saying, the stupid idiot called a news conference to announce all these felonies and probably didn’t even know it.

By Hillary's on admission there is enough to charge her.

She admitted, under oath, that she allowed her attorneys to look over the emails and decide which ones were personal and could be deleted. Unfortunately there were several classified emails on the server that she allowed (actually directed) them to view.

She knowingly and willingly allowed someone without ANY clearance (her attorneys) access to classified material.

Many people in the government have served time and had huge fines for that same crime.

Thanks for dieting yet again, why the DNC was hacked. You didn't read a single page of the emails, yet believe it to contain a "treasure trove."

So why is she still walking around? Would love to see a dog with teeth up there for a change.

The bigger issues are a direct result of people in power abusing it and acting with immunity. You can not fix the bigger issues until people start going to jail for committing crimes. She has to be the first example.
