Which seems real funny, considering how O handled the OC situation. You would think that if you wanted the best situation for getting Akers, you wouldn't say that no OC hire would be made after the bowl game. They still took their time with it too.

Yes, I am. Our coaches saw him play and compete in camps probably a dozen times. Clearly every time they saw him he didn't show anything worth offering. You said yourself he was a backup plan. Elite players are not backup plans. We shouldn't take a guy who isn't elite.

He is not an elite back. We will be ok at running back. Would have been nice to have 2 backs this year but looks like next year we take 2-3. LB in the NEED.
Hope we finish ok but right now I would not bet on it.

This is not looking good. Why we he still conduct an OV at LSU if he was committing to Clemson. It makes no sense.
