Sugar in grits? ... going to hell.

College buddy of mine posted this on Facebook this morning:
"This salt or sugar debate has reached my 9 year old daughter. She asked me last night if sugar goes in grits. I did what any responsible father would do and told her the truth:"
"People who put sugar in their grits are all going to a sugary hell with diabetes drawers. According to all religious texts, it is an unforgiveable sin and the reason Lucifer was cast down from heaven. Any person who puts sugar in their grits will lie, steal, kill, and destroy. They were spoiled arse kids who threw temper tantrums, so their parents put sugar in everything just to get them simmer down. They killed Marvin Gaye, Tupac, Biggie, Michael Jackson, and Prince. They are called the Sweetumnati and Young Thug is their supreme leader on Earth. They are forever disconnected from the Most High. There is no heaven for them. The Ancestors will not embrace them. They are doomed to walk the earth as ghosts if they do not repent and turn from their wicked ways."

Yep. It's a common known fact that people who eat grits with sugar also wear cargo shorts and T shirts in 30 degree weather.

You a black guy? The only person I've ever seen do it was a black buddy, I was eating breakfast with one time, and when I looked at him like 'wtf are you doing?', he responded, "oh, you've never seen a black person eat grits, this is how we do it."

It's pretty common here in N Alabama. I prefer salt and pepper myself. Most folks put butter and sugar in them (like Arkantards do to rice for breakfast).
ETA: my wife ALWAYS asks for cheese grits. I'll allow it.
