Butcher and the Boar- thank me later
Fulton/Surly/any other brewery. They have some really good ones.

Britts pub downtown. Lawn bowling pitch in the rooftop patio area.

Yea, what these guys said.

Butcher and Boar and Surly are musts. Also go check out the U of Minnesota campus and surrounding areas if they're in session, then walk around and bar hop downtown close to the river. That city is awesome in the summer.

If a diner is your thing, look up Mickey's Diner. It's a classic and pretty famous.

Fulton Brewery near the new Twins stadium. Try a Sweet Child of Vine if you are into IPAs. They got a great food truck outside too.

Butcher & Boar is a must, as others have already stated. Get the charcuterie board as a starter.

Sea Change

New Bohemia for good craft beer and sausages. I had a rabbit and rattlesnake sausage the last time I was there and it was pretty darned good. I had it with a side of German potato salad and a flight of beer.

Let me know if you're going to be in St. Paul at all, I've got some really good suggestions there as well.
