I ordered some samples from nutriketo just to see if I liked the taste, they were okay.
I'm in ketosis, but slacked off at the gym the last few weeks and the scale isnt moving.
I feel like I know thats my fault because I'm not tracking my food. Idk why I've developed such an aversion to that lately, but I really hate to even open the app.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of exogenous ketones. Or I totally zoned out anytime it was discussed here. Huh. I want to try, but I’m not loving the $60 price tag. Do y’all really feel like it helps?

I only ordered the sample pack, so I cant say so much if it helps, I have been kind of annoyed with keto this go around,lol. I can see where as a meal replacement or helping you hit your fat goals for the day it would be very effective, just have to do some calculating to see how long that $60 would last you, it may end up being worth it.

The nutri keto ones are 200 cal 20g fat 7g protein and 3g carbs. It’s like a shake shake. Haha.

I’ve unintentionally gone back to IF this week. I decided it doesn’t matter if it jacks up my hormones and makes my ovaries shrink. Who needs em? I’d rather get back to losing weight.

Down 6 lbs this week with zero effort apart from not eating between 8pm-noon. I was at the top of my “normal” 10 lb range, so this isn’t special yet. But I’m glad to head back down, and hopefully see new numbers soon.

I have been doing inbody scans and compared to my Dexa scans I have done previously they are damn accurate. Not as accurate as dexa or bodpod but its not far behind.
Main thing is use it for consistency. and your results since starting greyskull is awesome. Essentially in 60 days you lost 7 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle so a 9 lbs swing. That is awesome.
I havent been following much lately on MFP on what you are doing but its working. if you start plateauing email me and I will lay out the diet and some of the training for you.
