This next month wont be -25 for certain but if I can drop 5-8 it would be in my book, an even better month.

yeah anywhere 5-10 lbs would be great! Just stay at it
i just ate a piece of string cheese. Was starving this morn for some reason and couldnt wait til 1 for my protein shake after the workout.
I need some more calories anyway because im playing in a ball tourny tomo and its supposed to be 88deg.

congrats I feel great about this month too!! Started at 265 which is the biggest I've ever been and decided to make a change. Ending this month at 247...
18 lbs lost in a month. I have a few shirts I can wear again and most important I feel like I could run through a damn wall! I have so much more energy and feel AMAZING! More to come!

Thank you, sir. I could not have done it without some luck and outstanding advice from OY.
I am thinking of slow cooking a Boston Butt and using it as my pork/protein meals for a few days. Also could be my cheat meal this Sunday as I can make pulled pork sandwiches and eat some potato salad or macaroni salad.

damn that sounds good! I had what I thought would be a cheat day last night. Went to a pizza place and got a grilled chicken wrap but indulged in a few cheese bread sticks... still ended up losing almost a pound from yesterday morning to this morning...think maybe proves what OY was talking about w starvation mode!!
Tonight will be a cheat for sure though.... going to a hockey game and they have their own beer which is pretty top notch! Gonna try to keep it reasonable at the concession stand but we shall see.... luckily I had the morning off and biked 11 miles.... listened to OY and had a nice sized protein packed lunch though!

What are you guys who aren't at H4TC having for dinner?
We did keto pizza, with coconut flour/tapioca flour crust. I was surprised at how good it was. My sis in law made an all coconutflour version a couple weeks ago and it was pretty dry. The tapioca flour is the savior of the night.

Yum! I haven't played around with the LC flours. I need to try. I had leftover lasagna that I'd frozen from last week. I need to make it again. So easy to freeze & reheat.

Are you on Pinterest? I have a board there that I've been saving keto recipies to, I don't use Pinterest a whole lot, but in this case it beats 87 browser bookmarks.

Lots of crawfish boils and crawfish fest type deals this weekend.
St. Paul's is boiling 10,000 pounds of crawfish tomorrow. $30/AYCE

If you just fall asleep for a week now, you can have crawfish for breakfast!!
