I agree. Although I'm not expecting a huge bump in numbers this week. That 185# was rough after all those T2Bs. Doesn't help that my C&J max is 205#.

I wish I would've redone 16.1, because I think I could have got over 170 had I of paced better on pull ups. That one was brutal, though. But with only 7 months in of this I'm proud of getting 161.


I will be furious if I don't at least finish the first 4 minutes of 16.2. I can clean and jerk and squat clean a lot. It's the fricking double under that I am slow with.

The crossfit coach at my gym was doing Annie Fran Laura Jim and stacey. All in a row as many reps as possible. I don't know what any of that means but he does. And he was the one doing it.

16.1 - 169

16.2 - Probably Monday, hit my neck yesterday and its pretty stiff today. Hoping to get to the round of 225. At least I can redo this one a couple times.

16.1 = 154....should have done better but I went to fast out of the gate and couldn't get my breathing under control.

16.2.....a little worried about dubs......I nailed them today though. I won't do the workout until Monday.

I did 16.2 scaled tonight due to a lingering ankle issue following surgery last year. Double unders kill the ankle.

341 scaled.

The weights were light but my cardio sucks arse or I would have been close to finishing all 5 rounds.

I'll work on the DUs this weekend and Rx on Monday.

Watched some fit folks hit the 185 and struggle thru to next rd

I can't dtring TTB, can go ub on DU, will have to go fast on 135s just to get to Rd 2, no way I finish rd 2

I did Rx today and the squat cleans at 185 killed me, so I didn't even make it to the third round. I'll probably just accept my score today and not redo it Rx.

I am thinking about doing a mix of Rx and scaled Sunday just to get in a good workout. Keep the T2B and DUs, but use the weights on the scaled version instead.

Yeah.. A lot of people are hitting the wall at 185.

Those who get into the 225lb round will score well.

253 scaled. I need to work on my squat cleans for sure. Not a member of a box but just go do the community wods. I have almost everything in my garage needed.

No, just bonus points for doing your mom. It's not really bonus though because everyone seems to get the points.
