My 16.1: 157
My 16.2: Tonight

Dan Bailey's judge fricked him last night. Now I know that Dan should have known that he had one more rep to do at 275, but he's physically taxed and probably lost track.

Come on dude.. You have ONE job to do and you can't count to 9?

Serious question for you. Who comes up with the exercises and what is completing this random shite jumbled together supposed to prove?

16.1: 153
16.2: 167

And here comes the onslaught of gifs mocking crossfit when 98% have nothing to do with crossfit.

I'm waiting for a 100 strict HSPUs for time with a 7 min cap. 5 burpees every time you break.

I pumped out 27 strict this morning.

Well this thread went exactly as the OP planned. It's my go to gif anytime cross fit is mentioned.

I keep the fact that I do crossfit private, and just enjoy the workouts. Not a fan of the cult shite whatsoever. I've been doing it for 7 months now, and that's basically the only thing I dislike about it. I understand why there are so many haters, though. The stereotypical crossfitters are ridiculous.

With that said my 16.1 score was 161

My technique on chest to bar pull ups isn't perfect and I wore myself out.

Double unders give me fits so this next one might frick me up a bit. I'll probably go with doing 1 single 1 double until I get to 50 doubles. It'll make it to where I don't break rhythm. T2b I'll probably go by 5s.

I expect the fatasses of the OT to shite on this thread. It's what fatasses do when threads fat-shame them.

How is the score calculated? Is it how many reps you do of each exercise in 20 min?

On 16.1 you received 1 rep for every 5' on OH lunges, so one full round is 5+8+5+8=26.

16.2 is time, if you finished all 430 movements in the four min per round, 20 min window, or total reps completed if you didn't finish in the allotted minutes for each round.

Yes because cross fit is the only way to not be a fatass right? I respect the fact that it is your preferred method of exercise, but why does everyone need to know what your "score" was?

Because I see shitty form all the time in the gym, it doesn't mean I'm out there posting vids of typical OTers performing 1/2 squats of 315 and pretending they hit full depth.

Any reputable crossfit gym promotes good technique. I bet everyone who posts these gifs have never set foot in a crossfit gym that's worth a shite.

Posting scores is a good barometer of comparing overall fitness: cardio & strength with the rest of the world.

It's the same as posting what you bench, squat and deadlift and, if you must know, I bench 335, squat 385 and deadlift 435. My cardio, however is lacking at the moment.

Definitely break them up. I made the mistake of going unbroken in the first round and that made the rest of the workout brutal. I'll redo it on Sunday and break them up into 10-8-7 most likely.

I almost always redo the workout and have always gotten a better score. I look at like playing a practice round at the golf course before the tournament.
