16.2 was shite for me since I avoided DUs after my surgery: 57Rx

1 single and then 1 double. Repeat.

Ankle came out fine so I guess I get to work on DUs now.

Still have a lot of movements: Bar or Ring MUs, Box jumps, deadlifts, snatches, HSPUs, Rowing, etc.. After two long workouts (for some), I think 16.3 will be a 7-10 min long.

I'm hoping for 100 strict HSPUs for time with 5 burpees every time you break. 7 min cap.

Tiebreak is time to 50 HSPUs.

The toughest thing about Crossfit is the coding.

If you can do bar MUs, this workout isn't too bad..

I'll have to break up the MUs because I'm not great at stringing them together. That's going to slow me down. But otherwise this should be a fun one.

Wish it was ring MUs honestly.

Workout yesterday was a 21-15-9 with OHS, C2Bs, and Power Cleans at 115...I'm already beat up for this workout. May wait until Saturday to do it.

It's a quote from Beerfest man. If you come to this board semi-regularly, you should know everyone is a dick here.
16.2 refers to the year and number of the workout for the open. Each year the open comes around, it's the qualifier for getting to regionals.

Most people don't have a realistic shot at competing regionally or at the games but it's fun to compete and track progress.

A lot of people hate the cultish shite about it, which I can understand because some take it a little too far.

2016 workout 1=16.1
2016 workout 2=16.2
Etc.
