So I ordered BWW for lunch & they gave me frozen wings bought from Walmart

I've been ordering BWW on Bluebonnet occasionally on Mondays for the last few years because they typically have decent wings & it's not too far from my office. Today I ordered my usual boneless honey bbq wings. I just got back to the office & the first thing I noticed when I opend the box was that the wings look different, almost like the Tyson frozen chicken nuggets you can buy at any grocery store. I didn't think much of it & figured they had just changed up their boneless wings or something. So I take a bite into the first one and it tasted exactly like these fricking frozen, rubbery arse nuggets that I used to eat as a kid . I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a manager. He admitted that they ran out of boneless wings, that one of the BWW employees went to the grocery store and purchased frozen chicken nuggets and that they were selling them as their own boneless wings. He apologized and said that it never should have happened, but that whomever took my order should have let me know when I ordered that I was buying frozen chicken nuggets. What in the actual frick?
