He's the Tom Herman of next year and I'd be ecstatic with the hire...he's only 32 years old so obvious risk, but he's gonna be the next big thing next year and rather take our chance swith him then some retread like Richt, Fedora, Muschamp, etc.

We're just looking at everyone at this point.

Ever coached anything? Send us your résumé.

Are you pretty good at Madden? Expect a call from us.

Lincoln Riley is a freaking genius.
He'll be getting a pretty big raise this year if someone doesn't poach him. He's only making 500k . And only a two year contract

Get him and nail the DC hire and I would be legitimately scared having to play yall every year. There might be some bumps in the first few years because of the lack of experience but his track record offensively is incredible

I'm all about rolling the dice.

USC has to step out of the shadows of its coaches. Champ or Richt are guys whose names are always going to be associated with other places.

Riley could be ours, and could be given the time to grow into the role. He also has connections to the Carolinas because of his time at ECU.

He may fail. But then again, he may have us rolling in a few years.

Lock him up.

Mike Leach should stop handing out so many copies of his playbook.

If you are going to gamble on a coordinator, I'd go with a young OC. He'd be a good choice.

That would be a nice hire. Hire our defensive line coach/best recruiter as DC and y'all could be set up for awhile.

How is he as a recruiter? He was at E Carolina for several years, so should be familiar with the area. In other words, could his recruiting abilitiy & coaching recently in the area negate concerns over his age & inexperience. I know OU fans think highly of him.

Tom Herman is 40, Riley is 32.

Fedora is not a retread and North Carolina to South Carolina is a lateral move at best

He may not be a retread but he is garbage and our fanbase would melt so hard if we got him. For one, our shittiest team since 0-11 beat them this year. That alone is grounds for him getting fired. #2, the ACC is pure garbage. I mean, we beat UNC and we had a legit shot to knock off #1 Clemsux last weekend.

Fedora hasn't won anything at UNC before this season and he's got a bunch of seniors. He will get exposed after this year and UNC will go back to irrelevance.
