I talked with someone in the Athletic Dept yesterday about this, and they told me that Cola PD and RCSD are in charge of enforcing it. Richland 1 School District in downtown Columbia is pretty terrible UNLESS you live in Forest Acres, Jackson Heights, Heathwood, or Lake Katherine. The Brennan/Satchelford - Crayton - AC Flora line is actually pretty good. All of those areas are 10-12 minutes east of downtown and very close to any...

Will Gunter made a good point yesterday... read the recent player’s tweets. Then go read tweets from Vic Hampton, DJ Swearinger, Tory Gurley, etc. The mentality was different with these guys under Champ. He was all about progress. Spurrier’s guys were all about WINNING. Period....

Ditto to Harris. What a great surprise he has been, and I don’t think it is a fluke either. Begs the question, how good is Marshawn Lloyd if he was the clear cut favorite over Harris in camp? Those two could be fun next year....
