FWIW, Festy...I sold the gas station a few years back.

I now make a living jerking it on Chaturbate which is how I work from home now.

For those that actually do give a frick about my situation, I let the guy off for as long as he needs with Paid time and myself and two others will be filling in to get the bids completed and sent in by the deadlines.

That dude is a WORLD CLASS pussy if he's making others cover for him because of a dog dying!
It would absolutely let me know I can't lean on him in tough times. I would look for a better project manager.

Especially bwith him taking a week vacation soon, he KNOWS he's putting others in a bind with this.

Call him and tell him he needs to suck it up and be in by 9.

It's not always easy being a boss and leader, sometimes they hate you. So be it. Company must move forward and he a a weak link

The guy has to run a cleaning service.

I went to a bid opening in BR one time and before they did the IT stuff they had a bid opening for some cleaning deal. When the bids were opened one of the cleaning guys snapped his pen in half. Guess he lost.

Sorry, but it's just a dog. You don't need a whole day off for that. I would offer him half a day or something and tell him if he doesn't meet his deadlines Thursday then he is fired.

What kind of shite company needs 4 days to turn in bids this size?

You're trying to prove too much.

You might as well have said:

Is it okay for my driver to miss work because his grandmother died? I know he's in mourning, but I have a multi-million dollar presentation tomorrow and my other driver is on vacation. What should I do?

I just want you to know that if this employee has a contractually agreed to number of days of leave and you are posting about the content of some of that leave on a message board, that is grounds for unethical behavior in a superior position and could hurt you in the long run if you go ahead and reprimand him... CYA.

Stout is a fantastic Business Man... He knows all the odds and ends of running a business. The O-T really saved his company with all of the business knowledge on here.

quote:

That makes much more sense. I have comp for my company and had a guy get high and get hurt but he never tried to sue. I was thinking today that if he had I might have had to pay out. I am dumb on legal issues obviously so this is education for me. It's also why I pay a retainer every year I guess. I can't call him and ask him this shite though or it goes away so you guys get to teach me.

Were you just laying in bed thinking about Tigerdroppings and came up with this gem of a post? I wonder how much I can make getting buttfricked by the actors of Brokeback Mountaun?

quote:

Say you were an actor and they wanted to make Brokeback Mountain 2...would you do it and pretend to butt frick another guy while being filmed for the whole world to see?

LINK /

Suuuuuuuuure because you're STOUT. Tigerdroppins Celebrity Poster

quote:

I got pulled over for doing 70 in a 55 but the bad part is I was in my old jeep which doesn't have insurance, a inspection sticker, a brake tag, and to top it all of I didn't have my wallet with my license on me. Thankfully the cop was in a good mood cause he let me go with just the speeding ticket. Didn't even tow or make me park my jeep.

LINK /

AHAHAHAHA you own a Gas Station! A fricking gas station!

quote:

Just got a call from my gas station. Some idiot drove off with the gas handle still in his gas tank and ripped it off the pump. He drug it down the road for a few miles before he realized it and came back. How the frick do you forget something like that?

LINK /

Cry the O-T a fricking river. Oh, I am so tired from working and making so much money from my little gas station that I need to post it on the O-T to let everybody know how hard I work and doing great things with my life

quote:

I have worked harder in the past 7 days than I have in 4 years. I don't particularly care for it at all. Is 29 too early to start drawing social security?

LINK /

Your shitty jeep just got broken into and you ran to TD to talk about it the moment it happened.. Surrrre

quote:

I guess the frickers didn't think I was home cause I parked my truck in my shop today. I was watching the game in my living room and saw the lights to my jeep come on a few times flickering. By the time I grabbed my pistol and got outside they were hauling arse down the side road by my house. I am pretty certain I know who they are and the parents don't give a shite what they do. They are the only ones that give anyone any trouble around here. Should I have fired a few rounds in the air just to scare them? I have the po po coming but they won't do shite since I didn't actually catch them.

LINK /

You are so full of shite. You have an associate running a gas station and building shitty homes?

quote:

An associate of mine is having money issues right now due to his business slowing down and has been complaining about cash flow. The amazing part is I just saw him and his wife out eating lunch at a fairly expensive place, expensive for lunch anyway. WTF?

LINK /

You should put a chain on your light wallet. Only an idiot would lose a wallet once a month. Let the O-T know that you lose wads of cash in your wallet at least once a month because you do not care about money because your little gas station makes tons of money!

quote:

I bet I lose mine at least once a month for a few days but this time it has been gone for 2 weeks. frick!

LINK /

I thought you were a professional and didn't discuss business on the O-T

LINK /

When you fire people you come brag about it on the O-T?? I thought that was a no no in Stout's world
