according to my doctor, if one does not get 5hrs of uninterrupted sleep, one will not give the adrenals enuf rest

so, instead of rising out of bed, I keep a tall folgers container next to the bed, roll on my side and empty and go back to sleep

I won't do drugs

I drink a lot of water. So some nights I get up a lot.

3x last night for instance about 2-3 hours apart

Could be, but don't think muscle spasms alone would cause you to get up multiple times during the night and piss for 40-45 seconds

i wake up every single night to pee. i've been doing it since middle school. it has a lot to do with drinking 2-3 liters of liquid while on the computer before bed

I drink 10+ cups of coffee a day with no time to piss.

When I get home, take a leak, and I typically drink 6 or 7 qt mason jars of water by the time bedtime rolls around.

Even still, I rarely get up to take a leak.

My morning piss is takes about a minute and a half. Glorious 90 seconds.

Btw, if you're convinced it's spasms, there are medicines available for that...
