The last couple of years I've noticed an increase in how much I get up to piss. I used to NEVER get up to piss. Now I do at least once a night, sometimes twice. Once in a while I don't at all

Thank you and I'm currently seeing the dr about it. I do know that it's enlarged just don't know why yet.

You need a complete physical and lab workup asap including urinalysis, PSA, complete blood count, blood chemistry, and lipid panel. Seriously. Go to a general practitioner or internist first. They can refer you to a specialist if needed. You're too young for this issue to be festering.

To the OP, don't be a dummy. I'm 57 and I'm without my bladder and prostate. I got this wonderful bag that catches my piss. Go to the doc and insist that he check your bladder! I had my prostate checked on the reg and all was fine...fricking wrong. Insist that ole saw bones does what you tell him to do.

I get up at least twice. But I run a lot and drink a gallon of water per day. And then if I drink beer or bourbon it's 3 times. I'm almost 41.

NO!!!!
I never get up to pee
container next to bed, roll over, drain, roll back to sleep...no problems
my doctor said my adrenals will burn out from lack of proper rest, that's 5 hours of sleep without standing up or sitting up in bed.
so I don't stand or sit up...end of problems for adrenals
one can also just adjust when one stops taking in liquids earlier in the evening and that can also stop it.....never rely on drugs to do that...too many side effects

happens to me too, but I drink Iced tea and then hot tea then brush then bed. So I think it's that.
