While I am with you on the sentiment, it is pretty clear that she does have lipidema. You can tell by the feet. So your "fact" is really not one, not even relatively. But she is obese.

Do those legs not look "relatively normal" to you?
And from the looks of things with the heavy girl's overall level of body fat, I'd say that she's more along the lines of a mild case of lipedema like the one in the picture than a severe one that would make a skinny person look freakish considering her arms are normal and her legs aren't that out of place compared to her obese upper body. Lipedema didn't cause her cellulite which is the main thing that makes her legs look weird, her shitty diet did. If she maintained a healthy lifestyle her entire life and only weighed 120 pounds, worst case scenario she'd look like a normal person with thick legs
