We do not have a Trader Joe's in my town but my wife is out of town for work and their is one near her hotel. Planning on stocking up on a few things but I am not sure what to get. Tia.

so i'm guessing you can't get anything that needs to be frozen or refrigerated?

pretty much any of their cookies are good, depending on what you like.

She can get a few small items that need to be refrigerated. She is going to pick up a cheap styrofoam cooler.

Extra firm tofu and coffee. The orange chicken is a good quick dinner.

Stay away from two (three) buck chuck, but have her ask one of the kindly individuals in the Hawaiian shirts to suggest a few bottles in the $5-$8 range. And then buy a ton of them.

I trust you. Will try. I had other TJ cookies and I was pleasantly surprised by their tastiness.
