i keep 61 at night and my ac has no problem keeping up and my electric bill isnt bad at all. house is 3100 living and even during the summer my bill is never above 225. Spray foam is the tits. also having an efficient AC unit helps.

72 year round, day or night. Heat automatically switches over during cold days, and back to A/C when hot.

We don't run the heater at all in the winter, so it evens out.

74, but with the ceiling fan and a pedestal fan, it's not too bad.
