Oh, this analysis is so much better than the dozens of prosecutors, police experts, and officials who probably viewed the footage ad nausem prior to bringing charges.

So it's okay for a cop to kill a man whose simply trying to get away from him? Our ROE in Afghanistan were a little more rigid.

It creates reasonable doubt.
An indictment doesn't mean a guilty verdict.

Or the guy drove after the cop pulled the gun because frick being shot in the head.

Well the officer was being dragged and some say that the vehicle was turning into the officer meaning he could have been run over.
Also this is how police chases start. Especially since DuBose seems to have been drinking he could have put a lot of people in danger had it escalated to a chase.
Also doubt the officer was aiming for a headshot.

The engine was reving and Dubose stepped on the gas before the gun was drawn.

As well as possibly can be said. Yall can continue to criticize the driver for his contributory conduct, fine. But give it a rest with trying to decide what proper police procedure is. Unless you think you're more qualified to dissect the situation than the police department itself, that is.
